I founded Braxton Event Staffing with one goal in mind: To design and produce creative and unforgettable events for every occasion. From small intimate affairs to large-scale parties, we strive to execute events that not only aim to impress, but also create unique experiences for our clients and their guests that last long after the fun is over.
Day of Coordination
The big day is here and the last thing you want to do is run around or have your family miss out on the fun. As a day of coordinator my job is to follow your plan and put it into effect without you breaking a sweat. From rehearsal, ceremony and reception my job is to be there every step of the way.
Prices Starting at $800
Bartender
Sometimes an event or wedding calls for a knowledgeable bartender. Our Bartenders are TABC licensed, skilled and outgoing!! No venue, backyard or even house party is out of our reach. Drink calculator and Menu help is offered. 1 Bartender per 100 guests.
Prices Starting at $30 hourly per staff member
Full Bar Setup $60 hourly per staff member to include :Mixers, Cups, Garnishes, Ice.
Service Staff
Your caterer doesn’t come with service staff? Need help setting up or tearing down decorations? Or you just need an extra hand for an event? Consider us your team and consider It done.
Prices Starting at $30 hourly plus minimum $50 gratuity per staff member
Full Service Planning
We provide full service planning to Corporate Events to Quinces.This includes vendor management, timeline creations and day of management. Centerpieces and minimal decor for up to 150 guests. Prices range from $2000-$2500
